Job Description

Responsible for responding to claims queries and providing technical explanations in regard to the terms, conditions, and coverage of the bonds and insurance policies.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree holder in business or courses in engineering.
  • Capable of using simple computer systems and programs.
  • Knowledge of general insurance lines at a high level.
  • Familiar with common provisions and bond coverage insurance.
  • Knowledge of general tariffs and ratings is a plus.
  • Attended Non-Life Insurance Basics.
