Job Description:
- Receives and validates Incident Report and other supporting documents for completeness and consistency of data received
Investigates the claims. Validate facts indicated in the documents, discusses with parties involved through meetings (face to face or virtual), conducts ocular inspection, and sends letter of inquiries as necessary.- Prepares and send Notice to Charge to culpable service provider or contractor within forty-eight (48) hours from the date of the Incident Report and receipt of complete supporting document for all valid Claims Transactions.
Updating of Claims Tracker
- Prepares regular Claims Reconciliation Report
Monitors closure of claims
- Qualifications and Education Requirements:
Graduate of Commerce, Supply Chain, or Operations Management Courses- At least 1 to 3 years of Claims Experience or similar field
Proficient with using MS Word, MS Excel, MS Powerpoint, and usage of system
- Excellent Problem Solving Skills, Strong Analytical skills, Quality Driven
