Work Set-up: First 2-4 weeks you are required to work onsite for the onboarding/training period and then transition to strictly remote/work-from-home
- Location: 19th Floor, CyberOne, Eastwood Ave, Bagumbayan, Quezon City, 1800 Metro Manila
- Duties and Responsibilities:
Will work primarily on various types of 3D models for GPS machines, construction layout models, and construction as-builts
- Generate cut/fill quantities from ground-run topo data and drone data
Daily coordination with Survey Manager/Director, survey crew, and project supervisors- Conduct technical and feasibility studies and draw up blueprints that satisfy technical specifications
Research and manage potential risks, materials and costs
- Troubleshoot problems and provide advice in case of any emerging problems/deficiencies
Train and lead staff and liaise with a variety of stakeholders- Prepare structures and services for usage
Supervise processes and prepare reports in project status
- Review budget and purchase equipment/materials
Ensure compliance with guidelines and regulations including permits, safety etc and deliver technical files and other technical documentation as required
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, preferably Civil Engineer.- At least 5 years of work experience in Civil Engineer role.
Experience building site models using the following software: Civil3d and AutoCAD.
- Experience supporting US based clients is required.
Candidate should also be proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook - Excellent English communication skills
Time Management
- Excellent problem solving skills
Ability to work independently under minimal supervision.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php60,000.00 - Php80,000.00 per month
