Key Responsibilities Coordinate maintenance and repair activities, including renovations, scheduling routine maintenance, responding to emergency repairs, and overseeing contractors and service providers.
Ensure that the property's appearance and condition meet company standards.
Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, addressing their needs and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
Handle tenant inquiries, complaints, and requests efficiently.
Enforce lease terms and conditions, including rent collection and managing lease renewals or terminations.
Process and finalize lease agreement for approval.
Process all government requirements regarding the business-like real property tax and others.
Purchasing and safekeeping of Construction Supplies.
Bachelor's degree in Property Management, Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in property management or a related field, with a strong understanding of property management principles and practices.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Capable of identifying issues and implementing practical solutions promptly.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, as well as meet deadlines.
Can Start ASAP.
Amenable to work in North Caloocan or Sta. Cruz Manila
