Provide technical guidance and support to customers regarding the selection, application, and usage of construction chemicals. Assist with product specifications, compatibility issues, and troubleshooting.
Analyze customers project plans, specifications, and site conditions to recommend appropriate products and solutions.
Ensure that recommended construction chemicals and materials comply with relevant building codes, standards, and safety regulations.
Conduct training sessions and workshops for customer on the proper use and application of construction chemicals.
Demonstrate the use of construction chemicals and materials to clients, both in-store and on-site if necessary.
Collaborate with store staff, including store assistant, technical sales team leader and store manager, to provide seamless customer service and support.
Follow up with customers after their purchase to ensure satisfaction and address any additional questions or concerns.
