Job Description:
Project Planning and Design
o Develop detailed project plans and design for various civil engineering project such as roads, bridges, buildings, and water system.
o Conduct site investigation and feasibility studies to determine project requirements and constraints.
Construction Management
o Oversee and manage construction activities, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications.
o Supervise contractors, subcontractors, and construction personnel to ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
Technical Support
o Provide technical guidance and support to project teams, ensuring adherence to engineering principles and industry standards.
o Review and approve project drawings, specifications, and other technical documents.
Quality Assurance and Control
o Implement quality control procedures to ensure the highest standards of construction quality and materials.
o Perform regular site inspections and audits to verify compliance with project plans and specifications.
Cost Management
o Prepare and manage project budgets, estimates, and financial reports.
o Identify and mitigate project risks and cost overruns.
Client and Stakeholder Management
o Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory authorities to ensure project requirements and expectations are met.
o Prepare and present project progress reports and documentation to clients and management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
With or without Licensed
Minimum of 1 year of experience in civil engineering.
Proficient in engineering software, such as AUTOCAD, Civil 3D, and other relevant tools.
Strong knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and constructions standards.
