Duties & Responsibilities
- Execution planning, design and evaluation of assigned Non-Electric Project , it includes:
- Site inspection, data gathering and analysis of inputs/requirements
- Review of applicable codes
- Schematic/concept design and perspective
- Design development of engineering design
- Structural design feasibility and analysis
- Structural working drawings and contract documents
- Assessment, Review and Validation of preliminary and final/actual design
- Development of technical specification
- Sign and seal design plans, contract documents, building and occupancy permit application forms and other project requirements
- Design coordination and clarification
Job Qualifications
- Must be a licensed Civil Engineer
- Must be well-versed in STAAD-III
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Word & Excel
- Good working knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations and approval process
- At least two (2) years experience working in design of buildings and site development
- Preferably can start asap
WORK LOCATION: MERALCO Pasig
WORK SCHEDULE: Onsite, Full time, Monday-Friday
