Qualification: preferably with atleast 5 yrs work experience in construction/real estate/consultancythis is not a project based employment, regular upon 6months of passing the performance evaluation- Duties and Responsibilities:
Acts as the main technical adviser on a construction site for subcontractors, craftspeople and operatives.
- Ensures that all materials used and work performed are in accordance with the specifications oversee the selection and requisition of materials.
Liaises with any consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors and the general workforce involved in the project.- Carries out day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force and the work of any subcontractors - this is site-specific and may not be the case on all projects.
Monitors the day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force and the work of any subcontractors for structural and architectural and fit-out works.
- Participates in planning and efficiently organizes the site in order to meet agreed deadlines.
Oversee quality control and health and safety matters on site.- Prepare reports as required.
Resolves any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise.
- Effectively assists in preparing various construction documents, billing, biddings and permits.
Strictly adheres to the budgetary guidelines, timeline, safety and quality standards.- Performs other duties and responsibilities that maybe required from time to time.
