Job Description

Requirements

  • Strong background in quality assurance and workforce management
  • 3-5 years of experience in civil, electrical, or architectural QA/QC.
  • Ability to read Gantt charts and other project timeline systems.
  • Proficiency in reading and checking details from plans versus site conditions to ensure proper implementation by the workforce.
  • Proficient in computer software tools (Microsoft Office, Google Suite, etc.)
  • Own a smartphone with internet and call capabilities for taking photos and regular communication with the technical team.
  • Prior experience in a supervisory role.
  • Excellent management skills.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills (English).
  • Knowledge of construction safety practices
  • Valid drivers license and personal car/transportation.
