City Coordinator - Region 12
Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic, self-motivated individual to join our team as a City
Coordinator for Region
- The successful candidate must own a motorcycle for
efficient intra-region mobility and a mobile phone for seamless communication. This role
is pivotal in managing the day-to-day operations within the city and fostering strong
relationships with our driver partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations in the city, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
- Act as the primary point of contact for drivers, addressing their concerns and queries
promptly and professionally.
- Engage with drivers on a regular basis to foster a positive working relationship and to
ensure their needs and expectations are met.
- Coordinate with other departments to resolve any operational issues or challenges
that may arise.
- Conduct regular tambayan visits to monitor city operations and meet with drivers.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and local regulations.
- Provide regular reports on city operations and driver engagement activities.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel within the region as needed.
- Must own a motorcycle and a mobile phone.
- Have problem-solving skills and the ability to handle stressful situations.
- Previous experience in operations or a similar role is preferred.

DAX Management (Discord)
Inventory Management (as needed)
(Possible) Davao Immersion during 1st-2nd day of of hiring
Must be residing in Zamboanga
Must know how to drive 2W & 4W
Must have 2W/4W motorcycle/car
A local, grew up from Zamboanga
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php19,000.00 per month
Schedule: - 8 hour shift
