Summary: As an Application Support Engineer, you will be responsible for identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems. Your typical day will involve working with Citrix Virtualization Technologies and providing dynamic support to ensure smooth functioning of the systems. Roles & Responsibilities: - Provide technical support for Citrix Virtualization Technologies and other critical business systems. - Identify and troubleshoot issues within multiple components of the systems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues. - Ensure timely resolution of issues and minimize system downtime. - Maintain documentation of support activities and contribute to knowledge management. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expertise in Citrix Virtualization Technologies & Citrix Administration - Strong understanding of virtualization technologies and concepts. - Experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues. - Knowledge of operating systems, networking, and storage technologies. Additional Information: - The candidate should have 1 year of experience in Citrix Virtualization Technologies. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field. - This position is based at our Manila office. Minimum 1 year(s) of experience is required
