Job Description:-- At least 2 years of supporting Windows, Citrix, and Azure compute platforms.
Working experience in supporting remote workforce solutions for large enterprise companies.- Full understanding and working experience of Windows and Citrix Cloud administration technologies.
Full understanding and working experience of Mac OS, Windows 10 and Windows 11 technologies.
- Working experience in Scripting languages such as VBS, PowerShell, Batch, etc.
Working experience in a software deployment platform (RADIA, SCCM, Intune, etc.)- Working experience with ITSM tools like Service Now.
Excellent written and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and troubleshooting skills with attention to detail.
Knowledge of documentation processes/procedures.- Ability to understand client expectations and recognize and escalate issues that may affect delivery.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a diverse organization.
- Self-starter, with a demonstrated ability to learn beyond formal training with a strong aptitude for delivering quality products.
Microsoft Office 365 includes SharePoint, MS Team's, Outlook, etc.- Complete understanding of Windows Client, MAC Client, and VMWare/Citrix VDI technologies. This would entail administration and automation/provisioning technologies.
