Job Description :

4 years of Bachelor's degree is mandatory.

Experience with VDI technologies such as AVD and Citrix, including image management, deployment, monitoring and maintenance. Extensive knowledge of AVD.

Good understanding of the Microsoft Azure platform and experience of Azure Virtual Desktop deployment and management.

Exposure on installing, configuring, and troubleshooting AVD Stack and client issuesUnderstand the concepts of RemoteApp, Microsoft Windows 10/11 MultiSession OS, Host Pools, AVD related OUs and FsLogix for best performance and reliability.

Experience in Monitoring & Troubleshooting issues using Azure Desktop Insights, NewRelic etc.To perform daily health, check Scripted/Manual to ensure uptime and availability of AVD/Citrix related services.

Nice to have - Experience with Terraform Cloud, IDE Platforms, Powershell and Azure DevOps & tools like Nerdio.

Nice to have Experience with deployment technologies like Intune and SCCM
