Thinktual Learning Hub is seeking a committed and experienced Chinese Tutor to join our dynamic team in Greenhills, San Juan City Metro Manila. This full-time position is an excellent opportunity for a passionate educator to make a meaningful impact on the learning and development of our students.

• What you'll be doing

Delivering engaging and interactive Chinese language lessons to students and proficiency levels

• Designing customized lesson plans and learning materials tailored to individual student needs

Monitoring student progress and providing regular feedback to support their learning journey

• Collaborating with the broader education team to share best practices and contribute to the continuous improvement of our programs

Actively participating in professional development opportunities to enhance your teaching skills and stay up-to-date with industry trends

• What we're looking for

Native proficiency in Mandarin Chinese, with excellent written and verbal communication skills

• A minimum of 1 year experience in teaching Chinese as a foreign language, preferably to students of diverse backgrounds

A strong understanding of effective teaching methodologies and a passion for creating dynamic, engaging learning experiences

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and motivate students

A flexible, adaptable approach and a keen eye for detail to ensure consistently high-quality delivery

• A bachelor's degree in Education, Linguistics, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
