Insurance
Over-all responsible for the performance of the Underwriting department. Monitoring and assessing
regularly individual performances & results of each Line including performances of each Line Head
including Reinsurance. Responsible also for managing the Reinsurance Department & servicing of
International Brokers. To make certain that all acceptances are within the bounds of the Company
policies and guidelines.
1. Monitor overall performance/result of the Underwriting Dept including Reinsurance;
2. Give recommendations on how to improve topline & bottom line results;
3. Implement guidelines & policies as approved by Management;
4. Accept Risks within the bounds of UW guidelines set by the Company;
5. Recommend appropriate reinsurance program for all lines in coordination with the Reinsurance
Head;
6. Make sure that all Line Heads are following the set guidelines of the Company;
7. Review large losses and implement necessary action to improve quality in accepting risks;
8. Managing and Servicing of International Brokers.
