Chief Security Officer/ Ground Commander/Cruzadas In-house Supervisor

JOB SUMMARY:

Responsible for managing, overseeing, developing and maintaining security personnel standards, procedures and guidelines including compliance, monitoring procedures and assisting in resolving security procedures for Cruzadas.

• DAILY DUTIES:

Responsible for the security level awareness and response of the group (Cruzadas).

• Responsible for managing daily security procedures, manage security units at the appropriate level, ensuring effective response to security incidents and thereby ensuring the efficient function of the group.

Implements security plans and programs in Cruzadas such as emergency response and crisis management, physical security, information protection, incident management and/or investigations.

• Conducts regular surveillance rounds/security inspections of all facilities/detachments and personnel and ensures that all security personnel are in good shape and ensures that all facilities and vehicles are in good condition. This must be done first hour in the morning.

Conducts inspection, meeting with DC's and CPO's every morning and as frequent as necessary.

• Provides leadership to the security to all teams Cruzadas and ensures that all physical security of the Principal is delivered.

Conducts operational audit and institutes corrective measures on problems he may detect or brought to his attention.

• Issues corrective measure to erring guards and forward to HR for proper/final disposition.

Serves as Close Protection Officer/Driver to PRINCIPAL if need arises.

• Conduct further investigation of all incidents on designated AOR.

Evaluates, assess security threats that may affect security safety of the Principal if any.

• Coordinates with concerned government or private agencies on matters relevant to security procedures.

Evaluates the performance and effectiveness of Detachment Commanders and Close Protection Officers.

• In-charge for the Quarterly Evaluation of all Close Protection Officers of Cruzadas.

In-Charge of the physical fitness and competency training of all the CPO's.

• Be on call on a 24/7 for any emergencies.

Performs other functions that may be assigned from time to time.

• Qualifications:

Former or Retired Military Officer

• At least 3 years experience in Security Industry

Preferably can drive MT/AT
