Licensed Drone Pilot.
Responsibilities
- Assigns, delegates, manages, and monitors tasks and personnel utilization.
- Evaluates and cascades the division goals and objectives to staff members.
- Formulates the KRAs and KPIs of staff members and ensures alignment to the division, department and corporate goals.
- Monitors and evaluates the performance of the staff members and provides constructive feedback.
- Mentors and coaches the staff members for growth and development.
- Directs and oversees the conceptualization, documentation, and implementation of the Divisions standard Business Processes.
- Leads and manages provision of Technical Services.
- Leads and manages the tasks and members of a subgroup within a project or engagement.
- Participate in presentations/demos to present Drone Flight Scenarios, Parameters and Limitations.
- Provide inputs re: flight paramaters, flight plan, recommendations and limitations during preparation of proposals.
- Ensures safety during each drone flight and adheres to all safety regulations and considerations provided by CAAP, drone manuals, and best practices.
- Performs required pre-flight checks and flight planning before actual deployment.
- Performs timely execution of drone flights while keeping safety as top priority.
- Ensures all hardware and equipments needed during each mission are brought and returned back in good condition.
- Ensures all drones, batteries, parts and related equipments adhere to the maintenance requirements.
Qualifications
- Graduate of BS Geography, BS Geodetic Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or other related I.T., Engineering and Science courses
- CAAP Certified RPA Controller
- At least 5 years of experience in flying UAVs/RPAs
- With drone mapping experience
- Preferably with experience or substantial familiarity with fixed-wing drones
- Preferably with at least 2 years Supervisory or Team Lead experience
