Oversees and optimizes construction projects from inception to completion. This role requires a strategic and detail-oriented individual with a deep understanding of construction processes, management methodologies, and industry best practices.
1) Manages the company's operational processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness across all department
2) Works closely with department heads and supervisors to support day-to-day activities of employees
3) Collaborates with the CEO and other executives to develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives that align with the company's goals and objectives
4) Provides leadership and guidance to department heads to promote culture of excellence
5) Improve operational processes, workflows and systems to enhance productivity and business quality
6) Oversees the planning, execution and completion of construction projects including coordination with Operations Manager, Project Managers and other Department Heads to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within the budget.
7) Provides leadership and direction to project teams, including technical Managers and Project Managers to ensure they have support, resources, and guidance needed to perform their roles effectively and achieve project objectives
8) Develops strategies and implementation plans to improve and standardize the operations
