Chief Financial OfficerRole Summary:
- The Chief Financial Officer (CFO), is responsible for the overall financial operations of the company, formulating and implementing strategic decisions based on financial stability. The CFO's duties include cash flow monitoring, meeting with the CEO and the COO to discuss the best practices and approaches to maximize company finances, and developing plans to improve and strengthen the company's overall financial health.
* This position reports directly to the President and CEO, presents to the Board of Directors, shareholders, and other vital stakeholders, providing vital information to guide executive decision making and plans. The CFO leads the Finance and Accounting team of the company to be compliant with all regulations and motivates them to be able to contribute to vision, mission, and goals.
