Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our leadership team. The CFO will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities, including planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, to ensure the long-term financial health of the company. This role is crucial in driving business growth, operational efficiency, and financial stability while collaborating closely with executive leadership to support strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
:Financial Strategy & Leadership
- :Develop and implement the companys overall financial strategy, aligning it with business goals and growth objectives
- .Serve as a key strategic advisor to the CEO, Board of Directors, and senior leadership team on financial matters, risk management, and capital allocation
- .Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with company objectives
.Financial Reporting & Compliance
- :Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements (GAAP, IFRS, SOX) and company policies

.Operational & Financial Performance Management
