We are looking for an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) with expertise in accounting, compliance, and audit to join our team. The CFO will oversee all financial activities, ensuring regulatory compliance, and managing internal and external audits. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial management.

- Ensure regulatory compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Manage internal and external audits, addressing any findings or concerns.- Provide strategic financial guidance to senior management.
Maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders.
- Mentor and lead the finance team to ensure excellence and efficiency.
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field; CPA preferred.
- Proven experience in financial management, compliance, and audit.
Strong understanding of regulatory environments and compliance requirements.- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
