Job Overview:This role will be instrumental in driving the growth and development of the organization's bancassurance business through strategic partnerships and innovative solutions. Reporting to the CDO, the CBO will collaborate with senior leaders to align bancassurance initiatives with the company's strategic objectives.
Develop and implement the overall bancassurance strategy in alignment with the company's goals and lead, mentor, and develop the bancassurance team to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with banking partners to maximize bancassurance opportunities.
Identify new business opportunities and develop initiatives to drive sales growth and monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of industry developments.- Collaborate with product development teams to create and enhance insurance products suitable for bancassurance channels.
Set performance targets for the bancassurance team and ensure regular tracking and reporting and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
Enhance customer satisfaction by ensuring the delivery of high-quality service and support and implement customer feedback mechanisms to continuously improve bancassurance offerings.- Develop and oversee customer retention strategies to build long-term relationships.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field.- Preferably with an MBA or equivalent advanced degree.
Minimum of 15 years of experience in bancassurance or related fields, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven track record in driving sales growth and achieving business objectives.
- Strong understanding of bancassurance operations, products, and regulatory environment.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute long-term plans

Pay: Php200,000.00 - Php300,000.00 per month
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Supplemental Pay:
