Duties and Responsibilities:- Manage the Accounting Department to effectively perform its functions to support the company's goals.
Manage and monitor the annual plans and budget of the department.- Develop, implement, and/or review the department's policies, processes, procedures, and programs.
Set the team's performance targets, evaluate the performance and competencies of direct reports, and support their development.
- Ensure compliance with relevant accounting and reporting standards and other legal requirements.
Ensure timely and accurate generation of financial reports and data analysis for management decision-making.- Direct budget preparation and monitoring across the organization.
Oversee the operation of the company's computerized accounting system (i.e. Oracle).
- Ensure effective tax planning for the company and wholly-owned subsidiaries.
Provide functional guidance and support to subsidiaries accounting units.
Graduate of BS Accountancy- Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
At least 5 years work experience in the related field, and in a leadership capacity
