Duties and Responsibilities
- Provides basic and comprehensive nursing care to Cancer patients based on National Nursing Standards and the HCCH-approved nursing process.
Plans, implements, and evaluates care plans in collaboration with the patient, the significant others, and the whole healthcare team.- Provides health teaching relevant to nursing care.
Maintains accurate and complete documentation of nursing care.
- Ensures confidentiality of care and provides relevant information to the healthcare team
Qualification
- Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Nursing and holder of Philippine PRC License for Registered Nurses.
Experience at a Nursing Oncology Unit is a plus or Medical Surgical- Must be an active member of PNA and PONA
With IVT and Central lines experience
- Willing to work in Arca South Taguig City
