Perform Physical Quality Tests FOG, Viscosity, Density of Products so that they conform to Standard Values required.- Perform Performance Quality Tests color strength, Gloss, Adhesion, flexibility, product resistance, adjust them if necessary, so as to conform with standard quality.
Record adjustment done on batches in batch ticket and in Quality Control Sheet for reference.
- Perform color matching jobs for coatings.
Perform Technical Service work if necessary and make report.- Coordinate with superiors in the solution of problems concerning coatings quality.
Periodically check laboratory instruments to maintain their cleanliness and orderliness.
- In charge of monthly internal calibration of Production and Laboratory Weighing Scales.
Other duties and responsibilities that maybe assigned by the Technical Manager or Manufacturing Director.
