Processes and handles water samples according to established procedures.
Performs quality control on test result, ensuring validity and accuracy.
Performs calibration and troubleshooting on testing systems and instruments to ensure adherence to established standards of accuracy.
Practices safety, environmental and/or infection control methods.
Keeps records and reports on results according to established procedures.
Clean and maintain laboratory equipment, instruments, glassware to guarantee that it is working in order and troubleshoot any problems or issues that arise with laboratory equipment.
Order chemicals and other laboratory supplies weekly and keep a close watch on expiration dates to ensure quality control in the lab
Performs other related duties as may be assigned to achieve respective department goals or for own personal or professional training, education or development as programmed by the immediate supervisor
Job Qualification:
Graduate of Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology, Microbiology or Food Technology.
With valid license in Medical Technology, Microbiology and Food Technology.
With at least 1 year water laboratory experience.
