DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:- Conducts tests, handles process maintenance, monitoring, evaluation and research for appropriate solutions to finishing problems, reviews & analyzes processes to ensure product improvement and increase productivity. Keep records of all activities, findings and solutions necessary for quality operations
Initiates improvement on assigned tasks, ensures that problems are acted upon & continuously assists production regarding product surface finishes to ensure on time product delivery & to help lower manufacturing cost
- Provides necessary information records, guidelines and procedures for production to follow
- Initiates fabrication of needed tools, fixture, jigs and other equipments & implements
- Coordinates with other concerned departments & personnel (including outside sources) with regards to necessary tools, equipment, chemicals & other concerns relative to function. Ensure that priorities are attended to
- Prepares cost estimates & feasibility study when deemed necessary or other needed reports making recommendations and / or suggestions
- Records and submit daily accomplishment report
- Maintains good housekeeping & follows safety rules to prevent occurrence of accidents
- Informs his supervisor immediately for any problem that may be encountered before or during the operation
- Performs other related task that may be assigned from time to time by his immediate supervisor
- Evaluates employee performance
- Monitor safety in assigned working area
- REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS and EDUCATION:
Knowledge of chemistry including the safe use and disposal of chemicals
Good communication both written and verbal
Complex problem-solving skills and analytical thinking skills
Teamwork, collaborative skills
Licensed Chemical Engineer
With prior experience as Process Engineer in a manufacturing industry
With proven experience in Metal Coating
With Safety Training

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php23,000.00 per month
