Ensure that area of 7's is well maintained in the laboratory.
Monitoring and checking of Monthly Inventory of the OES metal control samples, standard solution, chemicals and machine parts.
Ensures that Material Analysis Report made after every analysis is properly encoded and samples are well classified based on analysis result and material classification.
Ensures that the quality declared in the Delivery Report fulfilled the standard requirement for client and company requirement prior to delivery.
Monitoring quality of In-process material and coordinates to Production Leaders any abnormalities encountered in the result.
Perform special test of sample which came from the President, General Manager and or Company Client.
