Job Qualifications
- Candidate must possess a Bachelor's degree in BS Food Technology, Chemistry or other related courses
Licensed Chemical Technician or Chemist- Knowledgeable with food-related principles and processes
With basic food laboratory skills
- With strong organization skills

Job Description
- Ensure that all tests carried out for raw materials and production premixes/ colour mixes are in accordance to approved procedures and specifications and that nonconforming products are put n on-hold properly reported and documented. Testing results are recorded in the Material Inspection Report and BME
Ensure that all process control testing in the factory is carried out in accordance with approved procedures and that non-conforming products are put onhold, properly reported documented immediately
- Ensure that all required samples are received, tested and stored in accordance with the procedures. Retention samples are maintained as per documented procedure.
Prepare Certificates of Analysis for finished goods as per request- Ensure that all laboratory equipment is maintained in a clean and functioning state, and report the need for maintenance or replacement to the Quality &
