chef or junior chef who is skilled in interpreting and cooking the recipe
-Should be able to take recipe, understand its concept, and
prepare the dish accordingly
-Should have the expertise to adapt the recipe for commercial production, ensuring that the
taste and quality remain consistent even when prepared
in large quantities.-Should also be knowledgeable about
food safety regulations and commercial kitchen operations to ensure the product is safe for sale
