Requirements:
- Extensive experience in Chinese Cuisine
Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar restaurant concept- Proven work experience as a Chef
Advanced knowledge of culinary techniques
- Culinary school diploma is required
Job Description:
- Create new and innovative menu items
Ensures proper implementation of cooking standards (food safety protocol, portioning, quality, taste, etc) Ensure the highest quality in preparation of dishes
- Regularly check and inspect inventory levels
Ensure kitchen and other supplies are always clean- Supervise and lead kitchen staff
Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations within the kitchen area
Willing to be assigned in Batangas
