Direct the preparation, seasoning, and cooking of salads, soups, fish, meats, vegetables, desserts, or other foods. Plan and price menu items, orders supplies, and keep records and accounts. Supervises and participate in cooking and baking and the preparation of foods.
- Culinary degree or on-the-job experience.
Preferably with experience as Corporate Chef- In-depth knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
Familiarity with the food industry and the latest industry news.
- Strong sense of culinary creativity.
Experience cooking with diverse ingredients.- Knowledgeable in Asian Cuisine
