- Culinary degree or equivalent certification from a recognized culinary school is preferred.
- Proven experience working as a Chef de Partie or in a similar role in a high-volume kitchen environment.
- Extensive knowledge of culinary techniques, ingredients, and kitchen equipment.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Creativity and passion for food, with a desire to continuously learn and innovate.
- Ability to work well under pressure and maintain composure during busy service periods.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
- Physical stamina and the ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects.
- Willing to be assigned in Calatagan, Batangas.
