We are looking for a well-experienced
Chef de Cuisine Chinese Restaurant who will ensure the smooth and efficient running of the No. 8 China House outlet kitchen.
This role will be responsible in overseeing the food preparation and logistics in the kitchen, managing an efficient kitchen team and implementing policies and procedures. He/She will be working closely with the restaurant manager in building and guiding the whole team in the restaurant.

Ideal Candidates Shall Meet The Following Criteria
- Progressive career in Chinese kitchen operations preferably in international luxury brands, with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Comprehensive knowledge of Cantonese cuisine and food presentation
- In-depth understanding of kitchen hygiene practices and Occupational Health and Safety Standards
- Ability to work around different computer applications and kitchen management systems
- Strong management and leadership capabilities
- Passion for working with people
