Has the ability to make good food consistently in a timely manner
Prepare Monthly Meal Plan
Make a list of fresh food/ groceries weekly
Ensure that all dishes are cooked well and presented in a pleasing way
Study each recipe and gather all the necessary ingredients
Manage food preparation and estimate food requirements
Monitor food stock, check freshness of food and discard out-of-date items
Familiarity with proper sanitation regulations
