- Duties and Responsibilities
-Maintains the excellent customer service at the check out
-Effectively handles customer feedback
-Ensures that the control standards and processes are implemented at the front end covering cash turn over to the Treasury
-Accountable for the front end assets management
-Database maintenance
-Bachelor's degree with business emphasis, sales, marketing, administration, or Customer Service Management.
-With atleast 2 years of relevant experience in supervisory position handling front end operations in retail or food establishments.
