Major Function
The Inbound Checker is responsible for checking the actual vs. documents stocks. Theyare also responsible for reporting of any damaged stocks prior unloading.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Ensure to take a picture (stocks, container van, seal number and trucks plate number)before unloading.
- Ensure to check the actual stocks vs. document.
- Ensure accurate and on time creation of IIR (Inbound Inspection Report).
- Ensure accurate and on time creation of DDR (Delivery Discrepancy Report) for anydamaged stocks.
- Ensure to let the Inbound Supervisor, trucker and security guard to sign the DDR(Delivery Discrepancy Report) for any damaged or discrepancy of stocks.
- Ensure on time and accurate logging of container number, plate number, number ofpallets and cases.
- Ensure on time and accurate forwarding of the DDR (Delivery Discrepancy Report)/IIR(Inbound Inspection Report) to Inbound Encoder.
- Ensure accurate and on time tagging of bar code stickers per pallet.
- Ensure to give the TO (Transfer Order) to RT Operator for put away.
- Ensure to observe and follow GWP (Good Warehouse Practice).
- Perform other related functions as may be required by the FSC Management.
