SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:- Responsible for weighing, measuring and checking materials both incoming (Supplier's deliveries) and outgoing (CMI RMC deliveries).
Checker uses industrial weighers for bulk raw materials, collecting measurements data on materials and recording goods receipts in SAP system.- He had a strong attention to details and make sure the weigh accuracy of all items received (raw materials) and RMC dispatch per transit mixer according to parameter set generated in Waidel system.
Collaborates with Sales & Operations and Procurement department to ensure regular availability of raw materials.
- Checker make sure that he only receives those incoming deliveries (raw materials) that had been instructed by the Purchaser or the Purchasing Manager. He is not authorized to accept excess deliveries against what is indicated in the order list sent by a Purchaser unless ask for an approval coming from the Purchasing Manager.
He provides list of received items per suppliers in truckloads/bulk loads to Purchasing department daily.- In charge in updating the weigh bridge report based on all actual pouring per Client's project per daily transactions.
Making utmost use of every minute and hour in the workplace to increase his output and efficiency.
Must be a graduate of any 4-year course
Experience as Checker in a Ready-Mix Concrete Industry is preferred, but not required Willing to work in Taguig
