Responsibilities:_
Project Coordination_
- Act as the main point of contact between the team and business stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
Oversee planning, execution, and stakeholder communication, ensuring on-time delivery.
_Requirements Gathering
_- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and understand requirements for custom solutions.
Analyze and translate business needs into technical solutions using Chatbot
_
Implementation_
- Work with developers and IT teams to implement chatbot solutions, ensuring they are scalable, reliable, and secure.
_
Testing_
- Create test plans, test cases, and test scripts to validate the functionality and performance of Chatbot solutions.
Document test results, defects, and work with developer and users to ensure issues are addressed promptly.
_Support
_- Work with developers and users in resolving issues and service requests
Create and maintain detailed documentation of chatbot systems, including design specifications, user guides, and troubleshooting procedures.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in AI and chatbot technologies and propose innovative solutions to enhance our chatbot capabilities.
Provide training and support to end-users and internal teams on chatbot functionalities and best practices.- Continuously monitor and analyze chatbot performance, making recommendations for improvements and implementing updates as needed.
- Qualification and Experience:
Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related.- 3-5 years of experience in analysis and designing Chatbot solutions
Knowledge in Customer Service Processes and Tools
- Experience with PHP, XML, or any Chatbot development frameworks
Knowledge in AI, Natural Language Processing (NLP) and machine learning concepts- Familiar with the Software Development Lifecycle and the Agile Scrum Framework
Certifications on AI or Chatbot Technologies are a plus
Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
- Strong understanding of business processes and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills- Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel, Outlook, Visio
Monday to Friday; 8AM to 5PM- Hybrid (4 days on-site; 1 day work from home)
