Job Description

Job Overview:

We are excited to hire a dynamic and customer-focused individual for a dual role as a Chat Support Sales Representative and Customer Service Representative for our Instagram account. This role combines excellent customer service skills with the ability to drive sales through direct engagement on Instagram.
  • Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries and provide timely, accurate, and friendly responses via Instagram Direct Messages, comments, and stories.
  • Resolve customer issues, complaints, and concerns efficiently and professionally.
Offer detailed information about products, services, and promotions to help customers make informed decisions.
  • Support customers with tracking their orders, as well as managing returns, exchanges, and processing refunds.
Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers to enhance their experience and encourage repeat business.
  • Engage with followers through Instagram posts, stories, and messages to promote products, services, and special offers.
Actively seek opportunities to convert inquiries into sales by understanding customer needs and presenting relevant products or promotions.
  • Share and advertise current sales, discounts, and special offers to maximize sales opportunities.
Identify potential customers and follow up with personalized messages to drive interest and increase sales.
  • Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a chat support environment.
  • Demonstrates the ability to drive sales, including experience in upselling, cross-selling, or similar sales activities.
Excellent written communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally.
  • Strong understanding of Instagram's features and best practices for engagement and promotion.
Ability to quickly identify issues, think critically, and provide effective solutions.
  • Strong attention to detail in managing customer interactions and tracking sales performance.
Comfortable using Instagram's business tools, and other online communication platforms.
  • Capable of managing multiple conversations and tasks simultaneously.
Ability to work collaboratively with other team members and departments to achieve common goals.
  • Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent required. A degree in Business Marketing, Communications, or a related field is a plus.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service or sales roles, with specific experience in social media platforms being advantageous.
  • Working Conditions:
Location: 2F TSI Building, Ouano Avenue, North Reclamation Area, Mandaue City.
  • Hours: 9AM to 6PM, Full-time position.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php13,
  • 00 - Php15,000.00 per month

    Schedule:

    * 8 hour shift
