Chat Support Representative - Travel Account

We are looking for Chat Suppport Representatives with the following qualifications:

• At least HS/SHS graduates with 6 months BPO experience.

Email and Chat experience huge advantage

• Amenable for

Shifting Schedule (Dayshift, Midshift, Graveyard Shift) Amenable to Work Onsite (Gilmore, Quezon City)

• Duties and Responsibilities:

Assisting customers through chats.

• Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.

Identifying any problems with the database and taking appropriate action in discussion with the direct superior.
