-Amenable to work on shifting schedule
-Can start ASAP

• Job Description:

-Guaranteed non-voice/chat support for an exclusive account
-Act as the main contact point for the customers
-Reply to all incoming messages in a creative and courteous fashion
-Engage the customers to keep them online and chatting as long as possible
-Prepare engaging and interesting written content as per the guidelines provided
