Job Description

We are seeking a friendly and customer-focused Chat Support Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable support to customers via our online chat platform. This role requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries and provide real-time support through our chat platform.
Problem Resolution: Identify and resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively.
Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services to provide accurate information and support.Customer Records: Update and maintain customer interaction records in our CRM system.
  • Feedback and Reporting: Collect customer feedback and provide insights to improve our products and services.
Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure customer issues are resolved and feedback is communicated.
Continuous Improvement: Participate in training sessions and keep up-to-date with industry best practices.
Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is a plus.Experience:
  • Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a chat support environment.
Experience with CRM software and chat support tools.
Skills: Excellent written communication skills with a strong command of grammar and spelling.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
Proficiency in using computers and navigating multiple systems.
  • Ability to manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously.
Patience and empathy when dealing with customers.

  • Detail-oriented and organized.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Adaptable and able to handle a fast-paced work environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity chat support tools.
Industry Knowledge: Experience in the [ tech, e-commerce] is advantageous.

Working Conditions:
Location: Quezon Ave, Quezon City
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18,
  • 00 - Php20,000.00 per month
