Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat promptly and professionally.
Assist customers with order placements, tracking, and modifications.- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently to ensure satisfaction.
Provide information on products, services, and promotions.
- Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.- Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets.
High School Graduate (Old curriculum) / ALS Graduate or equivalent; college degree preferred.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.
At least a minimum of 1-month of BPO experience.- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
