Description

As a Chat Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in ensuring excellent customer experiences by resolving customer inquiries and technical issues through chat, email, and other non-voice platforms. You'll provide support with empathy, compassion, and professionalism, making a significant difference in customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming customer inquiries through various non-voice channels (e.g., chat, email, social media, and direct messaging).
  • Resolve technical issues related to mobile, internet, or financial transactions by conducting thorough research and providing accurate information.
  • Use your product and service knowledge to consult with customers and offer effective solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and solutions provided to ensure efficient and personalized service.
  • Collaborate with team members and escalate complex issues when necessary to ensure timely resolutions.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Completed Senior High School or at least two years in college.
  • Open to candidates with customer service experience or fresh graduates looking to start their careers in a telecommunication program.
  • Excellent written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in computer navigation and basic troubleshooting.
  • Ability to multi-task and adapt to different communication channels.
  • Detail-oriented and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to work onsite in Pioneer, Mandaluyong City.
