Job Description

What You'll Be Doing

As a Chat Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for connecting with customers through various channels such as chat, email, and other non-voice platforms. Your role involves providing accurate information, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues with empathy, making a real difference in the overall customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming communications from customers promptly and professionally.
  • Connect and resolve customer issues using voice and non-voice platforms.
  • Deliver a positive experience by actively listening, demonstrating empathy, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

What You Bring to the Role

  • Completed at least 2 years of college or equivalent.
  • Minimum 6 months of call center experience or a background in lending/financial services.
  • Ability to recognize, apply, and explain product or service knowledge effectively.
  • Basic computer skills with proficiency in navigating multiple systems.
  • A caring and supportive nature that shines through in all interactions.
