Specific position:
Claims Analyst- Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field
Willing to work on a NIghtshift Schedule
Working experience in BPO Industry
At least
2-3 years of work experience as a Claims Analyst/Auditor- Must be familiar with US market and retail operations such as Walmart/Macy
Must have experience handling chargebacks and reversing unjust claims
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently to tight deadlines
Experience in
data analysis and interpretation- Strong analytical, organizational, and English communication skills.
Amenable to work 100% onsite in Ortigas, Pasig

SUMMARY OF DUTIES:- Check validity of claims/chargebacks from Target by pulling relevant data from VIQ (in POL) and performing the necessary calculations.
Verify that a claim is not a duplicate of an already existing claim by checking claim history in TVI (in POL)
Accept claim if the amount is valid and not a duplicate, or dispute the claim with information on why the amount is invalid or with the number of the duplicate claim (found in TVI)
