Channel Program Coordinator is a new role under the Sales Operations and Marketing Team. Main role is to foster relationships with third-party channel partners, create performance-driving programs, and align initiatives with overall business goals.
Coordinate and support the implementation of channel partner programs, including marketing campaigns, sales incentives, and training initiatives.
- Build and maintain relationships with channel partners, including communication, support, and coordination of activities.
- Coordinate logistics for partner events, meetings, trainings, and other activities
- Manage documentation and administrative tasks related to channel programs, contracts, agreements, and partner profiles.
- Assist in the creation and distribution of channel marketing materials, including sales collateral, presentations, and promotional resources.
- Provide support to channel partners regarding sales processes, deal registration, pricing, and order management.
- Tracking and report key performance metrics, sales data, and program effectiveness, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support channel initiatives and objectives.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or channel management, preferably in the technology or related industry.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with internal teams and external partners.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), with the ability to learn and utilize new software and tools.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
A proactive and results-oriented mindset, with a commitment to meeting deadlines and achieving goals.- Knowledge of channel management principles, programs, and processes is a plus.
Flexibility and adaptability to respond to changing priorities and business needs.
