ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Inventory Management per Sales Channel and Store/Platform:
- Oversee inventory levels across various sales channels to ensure adequate stock levels meet demand.
- Monitoring Sales Channel Performance Metrics:
- Monitor sell-through rates and inventory turnover to identify areas for improvement.
- Facilitating Merchandise Transfers:
- Manage inventory consolidation, stock transfers, and pullouts between locations or warehouses based on demand fluctuations or inventory optimization strategies.
- Sales vs Inventory Analysis:
- Monitor sales and inventory levels and trigger re-orders, closely coordinating with the Brand Merchandising team.
- Track product performance, identify slow-moving items, and coordinate with Marketing and Sales teams to align merchandising efforts with promotional campaigns and seasonal initiatives.
- This analysis may include considerations such as:
Depletion Plans
Promotional Margins
Management of products at different stages of their lifecycle (e.g., Demand Generation, Slow Moving Items, End of Life Products, Obsolescence).
- Analyzing and determining the optimal distribution of order quantities to individual stores for newly launched products.
- Overseeing the process of new store openings throughout the year and strategizing the allocation of resources to each individual store.
- Managing of promotional computation files and monitoring margins across all aspects of ecommerce business.
