Responsible to provide level 1 Support to Customer Care, Relationship Managers, Sales Officers and Implementation Offices within IBS and other units that uses our channel.
Ensures the availability of the channel and other application owned by ITBG-ChMD.
Liaises with ITG and vendor partners to address Audit Findings, Production Fixes, and Work-around for certain products, features and application.
Prioritizes channel fixes and schedule when fixes will be deployed in production.
Create and implements channel strategies surrounding audit findings, EOS & EOL related upgrades.
Provides work-around for features with issues that requires enhancements. Identify processes in the system that can be further optimized.
Creates/update process in order to speed up the development, investigation, handling of issues and its resolution.
Replication and testing of bug fixes before deployment of any change in production.
Support product/sales on RFP, System integration for complex and technical deals.
Qualifications:
Above average communication and analytical skills
At least 2-3 years experience on any IT Support or Project Management areas
Good client and project management skills
